As a Rule 31 Listed Mediator, I am trained to mediate cases involving Family Law and I am also specially trained to mediate cases involving domestic violence.  As a mediator, I am a neutral person who will listen equally to both parties to understand all of the issues in dispute.  Then I will use my skills as a trained mediator to assist each party in a resolution which will best serve the minor child and the family.
